The Amaro Odle has a noticeable scent of fresh mint and liquorice, with a hint of mountain pine and gentian.
The Amaro Odle feels pleasantly sweet, smooth and tender to the palate. The fine aftertaste has a slight bitterness to it.
It is served cold on the rocks, with a slice of dried orange.
